It took one year to perform the services.  The rebuild was apparently not done even though I was charged for the service.  The fuel injection was installed but never worked properly.  The fresh water cooling system does work adequately.  I had to have the engine rebuild done the second time within a year of the first rebuild.  There is evidence that the first rebuild was not done and so stated by the second mechanic even though I was charged for new parts, the extracted parts were not new but old and cylinders were not bored with rings and pistons not new as was stated in the invoice.  The second rebuild cost me an additional $7K.  All work done was done at his place of business and reportedly the engines were sent out for service.  On the installation of the engines by RPM, the bonding system was connected directly to the batteries and caused corrosion of the port fuel tank which had to be repaired.  This activity was confirmed by a marine electrician.  The engine mounts were also not installed with the bolts loose or absent.  Dangerous situation for both with possibility of an explosion of the fuel tank and the engines under power coming up through the deck.  Pitiful!
