"New" shower liner had a cut in it and was sealed with another piece of liner and adhesive. Next installer said it would have leaked again after seeing what had been done. Showerpan incorrectly sloped giving "birdbath" effect in floor drain area. Had to be ripped out and reinstalled by a tile professional. Tile sloppily installed with uneven lines, jagged cuts and poor fitting seams. Had to be ripped out and reinstalled by a tile professional. Said he knew how to cut glass tile but used the wrong tools and chipped the glass repeatedly. Hardwood flooring installed with wrong nails after being advised of which nails to use. Prefinished flooring was chipped and gouged and nails protruded through actual surface of the wood. Obvious repair attempted with mismatching wood putty. Had to be ripped out, repurchased and reinstalled by a hardwod flooring specialist. I was never provided with any receipts for supplies purchased and suspect they were mostly remnants from previous jobs. After dismissing this person I discovered he had punctured some of the HVAC ductwork under my house in the process and I had to replace a 20' length of duct as cold air was escaping under my house. He also dumped refuse water into a raised flower bed and dumped putty or mortar into the woods next to my house after beating the bucket against a tree. He was a very sloppy worker and left messes and food overnight in the workspace, which I had to clean up. After proclaiming himself a virtual expert in every task put before him, he executed none of them professionally or even adaquately. NEVER use this person for any job - large or small. Everything I paid him to do had to be done again and almost all the materials repurchased.
