It was determined to be bad and he checked the sizing of the unit as a replacement and a new unit. He determined it was a 2 ton unit. He then started to see what we would need to do to replace. I used an electrician to do the rewiring. He was going to replace the compact heat pump unit and he got an inspection permit from the county and ordered the unit. He took out the old unit and put in the new unit and all of that. He tested it and made sure everything worked properly. He replaced the thermostat. He showed up on time. He cared about doing the work right and was very particular in doing it all right. When I called him he would answer and he would show up when he said he would. He was reasonably priced and wrote a personal warranty on the unit plus the manufacter's warranty.
