This was as pleasant a service experience as I've ever had. Mr. Shupe is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He completed the work in a very timely and thorough manner. He is professional, reliable and reasonable. He was very conscious of the fact that replacing a heating unit is a major decision and expense. He even completed the registration paperwork for us. Mr. Shupe enjoys his work and it shows. Great job!
