I called and we agreed on a date, time and cost. The rate was $75 per hour, plus parts. One of them came as expected and was very pleasant and efficient.

Tim showed up on time and quickly located the source of the underground leak. Due to the heavy volume of calls due to the cold weather Tim quickly restored cold water to my bathroom and promised to come back once he had water restored to everyone on his list. Tim returned the next day and restored water to the rest of my house. I have in the past referred Tim to others and have never heard a word of complaint.
