Replaced fascia boards around house in 2011. Fixed roof in front half of house in 2007. Did excellent work both times. Another time they repaired siding on back garage after wind storm, again did an excellent job. Only thing wrong is they are sometimes a little hard to get in touch with and nail down exact times . They always do good work, just not very punctual.

First, let me begin by saying, I penned the "F" report back in 10/11.  AT the time in 2011, hurricane Irene had visited us 6 weeks earlier - everyone was busy then.  Hopefully, the referenced report may be removed now!
A neighbor had used Brad's service and recommended him to me.  I took quotes from three local businesses.  The prices received varied by over $3,000.  In meeting with Brad, he was more in line with one of the other quotes.  We had a VERY GOOD discussion and I felt a comfort level of trust.  I've done a lot of business and this is the first time in many years I was comfortable with a man's word and handshake.  I believe Brad felt the same.
All work was performed as agreed to.  We changed the ridge vents and this increased Brad's cost.  He told me about it and he was paid for it.  (Note:  Brad had quoted the largest squares of shingles - he had agreed prior to the start of the project to reduce the cost for each bundle not used - again, one's word comes true.)
During the job, Brad and I were talking and he mentioned Angie's List and how he had an outstanding record except for one guy who gave him an "F".  I looked at Brad and told him, "You're talking to the guy who gave you an F!"  Life was still good and he acknowledged most folks would never had admitted to it.
If you want a good man, with a rock solid crew, providing a quality job and highly competitive pricing, you owe it to yourself to consult Brad before making your final decision on your service provider.

He did a wonderful job. He was really quick and they cleaned up very well. They even cleaned out the bushes and did not eave a nail behind. He is excellent all the way through.

I finally had to turn to another company to come out and fix my roof. When they checked the roof, they immediately noted that the roof deck by that skylight was soft and rotted and needed replacing.  In addition, they said the roof on my bay window had a very poor job of flashing (step flashing should be under every shingle in about 6" steps--not large 15" steps) and there was no drip edge; the shingles were literally curled on the roof because there was no drip edge support.  And if you looked up at the roof you could see gaps in the corners where the shingles were separated from the roof deck and where rain could easily get through. In addition, there was no drip edge on my front bay window.

I am extremely disappointed in the way that Mr. Carraway has treated me recently and in the quality of the work done on my roof in 2003.  I can only assume that he felt my "problems" were not serious or expensive enough and that he had other customers with much more serious and expensive problems.

I am finished with B&B Repairs.

Superb.  Tarps were placed all round my home as to insure the lawn and shrubs were not damaged.  This also insured that all debris especially roofing nails were not left in my yard.

Wonderful!  Brad Carroway the owner of B & B is excellent!  He returned my calls promptly when I called about an estimate.  He came out the next day and was even early for our appointment.  He gave me a very fair estimate.  Originally I was not going to turn in the roof damage to the insurance, but he gave me some great advice about roof claims.  It ended up with the insurance company paying for more than half of the cost of the roof.  Brad scheduled the work and he and his crew were there early in the morning.  They worked hard all day on very hot summer day.  They finished the whole project from start to finish including cleaning up the debris in two days  . Brad Carroway is professional, trustworthy and does a great job!  He and his crew were all hard working, pleasant and did wonderful work. I would deffinately recommend B & B Repairs.

I'm very satisfied with the workmanship.  They did a great job from start  (ripping off old roof)  to clean-up. Everything was so clean, if it wasn't for the new roof  you wouldn't have been  able to tell they'd been.  Job well done.

I obtained several estimates before choosing B&B Repairs to install my new roof. Their bid was $2000 lower than any other contractors' bids. Most importantly, B&B Repairs was highly recommended by one of my friends, a neighbor, who was pleased with B&B Repairs' work on his roof. I'm very pleased with the results. We have had several rain storms since my roof was installed, and I haven't noticed any problems or leaks. The roof is beautiful.
