They are a good company. Their price was reasonable, it was a little higher than a regular company, but they were worth it. They worked out the deals for me, and got a house. They were on point, I didn't have to call them, they kept me up to date on what was going on, and I really don't have anything bad to say about them. Anything that I asked them to do or to work out, they would, and they went beyond the call of duty. They do an exceptional job, and they do the job in a professional manner.

We were pleased with the speed of getting our house sold quickly. They have a different approach to real estate, which we loved. I would use them again if we needed speed to sell our house. Otherwise, we would take a traditional approach to getting our house sold, due to the extra expenses. Examples of extra expenses: packages that you have to purchase upfront for photography, staging, etc., incentive club, other packages) Plus there are fees on top of the standard 6% that you pay them for selling.
Our house was sold in two showings, and we closed less than 2 months after listing.
We are glad we used them because we wanted to sell quickly, but if we weren't in a hurry, we would have looked for a different, less expensive option.
