General Remodeling
Mr. Royce Grady, Jr. came for a free estimate in October 2012. I called him back in November for part of the several jobs we discussed the previous month. He came at the appointed time; the work took the better part of a day. The kitchen repairs needed to be kept dry for at least 36 hours; the double sink needed 24 hours setting before use, but took up to a week to fully cure. Mr. Grady provided written instructions, for which I was very grateful. I was very pleased with his work.
A few months' later, in May of 2013 I called him back to remove loose and falling grout from the corners of my master bath shower and jacuzzi tub and replace that with matching colored caulk ($200). He also re-caulked some tile around the fireplace in the master bedroom. Again, Mr. Grady came when he promised and performed the work fully to my satisfaction. My shower and jacuzzi now no longer have pieces of grout coming out of those corners and my fireplace tile surround now has caulk that matches the grout color!
