Perfect.  New parts replaced and front-end aligned.  Worked done on time and per estimate. I had taken the tractor in in the bed of my pickup truck, and they used a fork-lift to load and unload, which made the process easier for me.   I've used them for several things, including buying parts for tractor and weed-wacker.  They gave good advice and also advised against trying to repair a weed wacker in the past, as the cost of parts and labor would have exceeded the cost of a new one. I appreciate their honesty.

Overall, everything was good. I was frustrated that I had to take the lawnmower back 2 weeks for another repair. It would have been less expensive if the repair person had noted the second problem and called it to our attention, but that is probably not realistic when trying to repair something as quickly as possible. I don't know if the price should be an A ( I can't remember now what it was, except I thought it was a bit high) however, I seems to me all repairs are too expensive.

The overall pickup and repair process went great. They were very prompt and professional. Turns out there was a problem with one of the fuel lines and the carb needed to be adjusted. They took of everything very quickly and had everything else back to us within 48 hours.

Initial interaction was very friendly, inviting, and professional. The facility is well-kept and clean. Henry said they could have the work done by Friday and the Honda carburetors could usually be replaced for less than $100. I called on Friday afternoon to check the status and Henry was nice but seemed a little impatient with me calling them instead of waiting to hear from them. I arrived to pick up the pressure washer and the bill was $113 - a little more than what I had expected but the work was done and it was done within the quoted time frame. I will go back and I will just ignore the and quot;grumpy old manand quot; disposition if it happens again. I will also reconfirm the estimated charges and what is included in that charge. Bottom line: They got the job done and I feel like they would back up their work.

I took the lawnmower to them in our truck they unloaded it for me on a Saturday and loaded it for my wife this week after the work was completed. This is the third time they have worked on this mower and they completed the work in about two weeks, which is a good turn around IMHO.

Knew this company from having ordered a special part for my rding mower last year. They are very professional, friendly, responsive, knowledgable, and economical. Called and got other estimates from other companies but these people were so very friendly and caring.
