Tidy Pirate Cleaning

I called Tidy Pirate Cleaning to clean my new home. I was moving in to a new home and wanted to have it lightly cleaned before we moved in. A woman showed up from Tidy with an old plastic bucket, worn cloths and an old broom. She started to clean the butcher block and the previous owner (he was going over some features of the home with me) noticed that she was using the wrong cleaner and he mentioned it to her. She became upset and instead of cleaning it with the mineral oil that was provided, moved on to the oven and removed the oven liner and threw it away, even though it was new, slamming the oven door very hard in the process. She then moved on to the master bath and upon closing the doors, she let out a very loud scream that was heard by the carpet cleaners and myself. Of course, this frightened me and I decided that she had to go. I had been quoted 75.00 for the light cleaning by Tidy Pirate but the woman, who had done nothing really at this point, told me I owed her 80.00. I paid her and locked the doors as soon as she left. She did leave the old bucket.
