The installation took about a half hour, but was successful, even though at first I was trying to go too fast and didn't allow enough time for the installation process. The technician was patient and professional.

Gas company cut cable line in two. Cable company came out put in a temp line. In a few days came back buried a new cable. Super job.

Required two visit. The first service tech said he had fixed the problem but the Internet was still down. I called a second time and this time it was truly fixed.

It took a few tries to figure out what was truly going on with the wires on cold nights, however SL stayed with me and modified my bill for services not available at the times.
