We found mold on clothing in the 2 basement bedrooms. Looking behind the clothes we found mold had grown up the walls about 3-4 feet, also along the baseboard. The guy showed up and he took out the stuff that was waterlogged, setup dryers and a whole bunch of things and then the insurance company said if we choose them to be our contractor we don't have to go and get any other quotes. So we said, "OK. They did this great job so we will use him to do the actual repairs." It took a fair amount of time. They replaced a big section of carpet. Even though the water damage was kind of limited because the carpet extended into our dining and living room areas.
