ROGERS DRYWALL OF GREENVILLE

This is an end of year punch list/corrections list in a new home. There are numerous nail pops throughout the home. On entering home the owner of the busness Kevin Perry was notedly upset appearing. He brought one guy to do the corrections in the entire house. Stated that the seams between drywall sheets in kitchen ceiling were not noticeable, when there were 2 that run the length of the kitchen, said nothing he could go. Said nail pops happen & will keep happening & did not want to correct them. Finally agreed to. There are 4 large cracks in my drywall 2 in ceiling & 2 in walling said walls crack noting he could do about it. After much complaining agreed to fix cracks. Now there is a very noticeable bulge in my drywall in the stairwell about 3 foot from ceiling. He stated that I was basically imagining it & there was not anything there. I told him multiple guest have commented on it. He said there was nothing they could do. Again & again complained stating there was nothing there & even if there was anything there. After finally getting them to check. The wall did In fact have a bulge! He still states there was nothing he could do. When asked if he would like it in his home he could not give me a straight answer. Then he the owner, stated that he had to get permission to correct it from the builder. He spoke to me the entire time like I was a child & could not nor did under stand what he was saying. Extremely condescending & rude. When he stepped outside of my home my neighbor across the street stated that the owner Kevin Perry was visibly complaining & gesturing about having to do the work to his employee. Also I heard him complaining verbally about having to correct these issues. I would not use them ever again!! Not impressed at all & found to do poor quality & careless work.
