Powers Property Maintenance

Matt has been doing odd jobs around my house and providing lawn care for me for about five years -- ever since I first called when seeing his company's name and number on the side of his truck.  In that time he has proven to be extremely reliable.  Occasionally he has hired additional employees that have also embodied Matt's own qualities, such as friendliness, honesty, openness, and trustworthiness.  I have always felt very comfortable with their working in my home and around my family.
I could consistently count on their problem-solving with me and providing various repair options.  They had no difficulty working from my lists as well as assembling kits that I'd purchased such as shelves or closet components.  They installed filters, batteries, and light bulbs in difficult-to-reach areas.  They hung pictures, installed grab bars, did sanding and staining, made repairs, and more.  They were aware of their own skill limitations, and always advised me when an electrician or plumber would be better suited for a specific task. 
I continue to employ this company for both lawn care as well as home maintenance.  If I have to leave a phone message, I always receive a prompt call back.  I can also always count on their coming at the earliest convenience.  They always work quickly and efficiently, which saves me money because their fees are mostly time-based. They have their own equipment and tools and they work either with items I buy or they go to purchase the needed items themselves.  They are always upbeat, pleasant, and easy to work with.
