Modern Lightning Protection, has been in the lightning protection business, since 1946! We have installed under the National Fire Protection Association and are Underwriters Laboratories compliant, with our lightning protection systems. We have worked on some of America's best known structures: The Super Dome in New Orleans The Monorail at DisneyWorld The Dean Smith Center at UNC at Chapel Hill The Orbiter Processing Facility at Cape Canaveral The Eisenhower Mansion at Gettysburg, PA The Statehouses of North & South Carolina Just to name a few. Modern Lightning Protection, is fully staffed with: Certified Journeyman Master Installers Designers Modern is an Underwriters Laboratories listed installer company, UL ECMD Listing # 134186, and we are members of The Lightning Protection Institute.

They arrived on time, did the work in freezing weather, and were very responsive to all questions. I hope we never have to use the lightning rods, but am glad they are now in place.
