I did not deal with this specific LTS location...I used the one on Firetower Road. LTS has more than one location in Greenvill, NC.
The whole tax prep was pretty painless. I provided detailed Excel worksheets, W-2's, 1099's to the preparer and she, based on what had been done by another accounting firm in 2011, decided to contact the IRS directly and make sure that a block of itemized deductions was being listed on the proper forms. With that information she was able to complete the Fed and State forms in just a couple days. Electronically filed forms and signed for direct deposit and then paid for the tax prep before we left the office. That was the one negative....i like to see refunds before I pay the preparer. But everything else was done very professionally and I will most likely use this same group again.
