Their service was okay.  But I would rather take it there than to any other mechanic who is not a dealer.  I had another vehicle a Mitsubishi that I was taking it there but I did not like their service so I don’t take that there anymore.  I started using them just for this particular vehicle.  I have not had any issue with the Volkswagen.

Everything went well,they even washed my vehicle.

Check engine light came on......not a week after I got a notice about a potential problem that needed to be checked. Called the dealership and asked for VW Service. I was connected to a knowledgeable Service Writer named Brian. He set up everything and told me about a letter that owners had gotten about this possible problem. They confirmed that was the problem and had it fixed quickly.

They are our car dealers. It's a pretty new car and the oil change was free. We liked them a lot when we purchased the car. There was one thing that happened the first time we took it in for oil change. We found out that our tires which were supposed to have been inflated with nitrogen were not inflated with nitrogen. They came into the waiting room and asked my husband that they were having a special and if we would like the tires inflated with nitrogen for only $50. They then did it and did not charge us. It took a lot of time out of the day which was the only issue that we had with them but it was resolved. It was one minor issue and that's been resolved. I'm not totally found of car dealers.
