Jim and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. They were able to utilize their long hoses so the truck was able to remain in the street while pumping so as not to make ruts in the front yard. They completed the work and replaced the tank lids and grass as if no one had even been there!

We have actually used this company several times since then and been quite satisfied every time. The first service was when we were moving into our previously owned home and needed to have our septic inspected, then have some repairs done to the septic tank and also have the filters cleaned and tank emptied. Jim and his crew came out as promised, were prompt, courteous, tidy, and did the job completely and expeditiously. Their prices are also quite fair. (I am not exactly sure about the cost of the work, but just "ballparked" it. All I know is that they are really good at what they do, and charge fair prices. ) I recommend them without reservation.
