One of my long-term to-do projects was find a company to transfer the video from 8mm to a new, digital format. I found inMotion by chance, and walked in to enquire about pricing. The price seemed reasonable, and I asked about their process for transferral. They explained the process to me thoroughly and I brought my tapes in. They told me that it would be a few weeks before the transfer would be ready; I was happy about them front-loading that information. When the transfer was complete, they called, and I picked up the DVDs and the 8mms. The price was what they had quoted.
When my husband and I watched the DVDs, we were pleasantly surprised to find they had added music (as the originals were silent) and it was lovely and appropriate. The DVDs were wonderfully done. My husband decided he wanted to give a few of the DVDs for Christmas to his siblings, so I called and asked if they could burn a few more copies; they could!
Every employee with whom I spoke was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely use their services again and will recommend them to whomever I can!
