HELEN'S GROOMING WORLD & PET

I came back early because I wanted to see my dog. Our vet is located approximately 1 block from Helen's. Helen's had our cell phone number and the vet information. She called our home phone rather than our cell phone to tell us that our dog was not eating. We got home on Monday night and got up on Tuesday to go pick him up. When we called she said, "Oh, you're talking about the poodle right? He died." She showed no compassion. She didn't try to call us on our cell phone or take our dog to the vet that's only 6 business doors down from Helen's. When my dog died, instead of taking his remains to the vet they took him to the city pound which is across town. The pound froze his remains and now it's impossible to do an autopsy. The owner had told me so many stories that I don't believe her. I truly believe that her inconsistencies prove that she's covering up my dog's death.
