All providers are from foreign countries and don't speak English. How can you discuss your psychological problems with a man wearing a turbin? I don't feel he can identify with American customs and our rituals.

The physician is very good. She really knows what she is talking about. She just really thinks about his case and about the medications that she is prescribing. She just seems very involved. I have had scheduling problems there. The treatment that they provide is of great quality. The physician's communication is good but the staff communication is not that good.

The staff here is great. They took care with my son. They listened to the issues and asked questions to help solve problems. They talked to my son at his age, but did not talk down to him. They offered valid solutions to help solve some of my son's issues. The only reason we cannot go back is because of insurance issues. They are hard to schedule appointments with so you will need to be flexible. One piece of advice: Make sure your address on file is correct. We had problems getting the bill because they had our address wrong.

She is a highly skilled doctor. I have recommended several patients to her.
