The owner returned my call within 10 minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. His team arrived on time, resolved the issue, and explained how we could prevent mold from growing again. I would definitely recommend East Carolina Restoration Services.

Overall we had a great experience. They showed up immediately to help with the flooding damage.

They came out to inspect the home on Friday, charged me $125.00, and did not even crawl under the house, or go in the attic. Guy took a few pictures while the other sat in the truck and did nothing. Was supposed to receive a detailed report of what needed to be done to the house by Monday. Did not receive it Monday, but they assured me I would have it by Tuesday. Now it is Tuesday at 7 pm, and I still do not have a report, nor will they answer my texts. Absolutely do not recommend this company. It was a waste of $125.00. Finally got my report on Wednesday, and there is no detailed information on the mold issues at all. And to add insult to injury, the owner decided to call me today (5/11/22) and wanted to know why I left a bad review. After explaining to him what the problems with their work was, his response to me was Well, I guess sometimes you just get customers. This group not only did not perform the service that they were paid for, but I had to hound them to get my report on the house. And if that was not enough for a bad review, owner decides its a good idea to blame me for their lackluster work, and defame my character. I would not let this company anywhere near my home again for ANY REASON.

I found them to be very honest, timely, professional, and thorough. I would recommend this company for mold removal and installation of a dehumidifier in a crawlspace.

I had a fire at my home in my backyard and it burned all my sheds down. I reached out to HomeAdvisor and they connected me with East Carolinas Restoration Services. These crew came out and they did a great job. It was a couple days of work . I'm very please with the with the job. They take care of business. Thanks

We had a pipe burst under our home and suspected mold. They came out quickly and place fans under house for 4 days and then removed them. They also said they sprayed for mold. 8 weeks later our air handler was fried from moisture and when we called a different company to look they found mold in our insulation as well as all the duct work due to pipe burst. Only thing they did right was make sure they sent an invoice for payment.

He picks up his phone quickly, and he is able to get the job done fast when you are in a stressful time.

Appreciate his friendliness, down to earth, identifying the problem and fixing it, good communication. Would highly recommend him. I will use him again.
