I called yesterday to see if I could bring my computer in today. I had a nice chat on the phone with the tech. Today we dropped the computer off at 10:00 AM and went about doing errands in Greenville. Within an hour I had a voice message saying my computer was ready for pick-up. We went back and got the computer and we are so pleased. Apparently when there was a big power failure here about a week ago, the power source was attacked despite a surge protector. They replaced the power source, cost $49.95 and now I have one that has an on/off switch which my other source did not have. I was only charged the regular hourly repair rate of $50 as a courtesy for being a new customer which I really appreciate. Normally they charge $75 for priority service. I am so pleased with the whole experience that I can't say enough good things. Also they have a 150 gallon fresh water tank in the office that is incredible. 5 stars. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! They are professional, competent, and dedicated. I have dealt with them for over 10 years as a home computer user whenever I encounter a problem with my computer. They are well versed in working with repairs on a variety of computers and very truthful in their analysis of those problems from my experience. Your computer could be waiting on the bench for 3-5 days, but it will be fixed and fixed right when you get it back. I know that they do networking for local businesses as a major part of their business, but as I am a home computer user, I do not have additional information on that end of the business. I can verify that these guys are very knowledgeable, fair, and will do their best to help you though. They have even hauled my computer back and forth to and from my van for me when I needed because I have a back problem which limits my lifting ability. I never get anything repaired without requiring an approximate estimate on repair cost. They have always been very good about calling me and letting me know what needs to be done BEFORE they do the work for it so I am prepared for the final cost. I really don't think you can go wrong for computer repair with these guys and I would recommend them highly.
