They were open late which was very nice! They did not have the specific tire that matched the rest of my tires on my car that night but ordered it from Raleigh and it was there the next morning at 9am. They did a great job and very responsive. The cost of the tire was pricey, but that was my choice. The service price was not outrageous. I would definitely go back.

Oil change and state inspection for license. They showed me that my
tires need to be replaced and that my struts were bad. Neil is great and
follows through completely. They took several hours to replace a belt,
so didn't charge me for the labor, just the parts. Four tires replaced
and it drives so well now!

My son goes to school in Greenville and had an electrical problem on an old BMW. I live 4 hours away and don't know anyone in the area. I explained my dilema to Jody, because electrical problems can take quite a while to find and run up quite a labor bill.When I asked her if they felt comfortable tackling a project like this, she basically said no. But guess what? She told me about someone down the street that would be perfect for the job. Turns out, that is his specialty! She even gave me his name and phone number.Cudos to Colony Tire! They were honest up front!

I went in for an A/C fix (electrical) and in the process they accidentally knocked out my whole electrical system. They had to tow my vehicle to the local dealer to be re-programmed, which took days. After my car came back, they checked it over, made sure it all worked fine, and didn't charge me anything because of all the trouble it caused. During this time they kept me up to date with the status, helped me find transportation, and helped me communicate with the dealer. They proved that even in the hard times they stand by their work and their customers.
