Central Heating & Air Conditioning

Communication and services was poor.

I had had to go through American Home Shield with this company - it was who they sent out. They would come out every few days, scratch their heads and say they had no idea what was wrong with the unit. We finally called someone privately and made AHS use them. The A/C was fixed within 5 minutes of the new company coming out to look at it. The supervisor and the worker for Central HAC were lackadaisical and acted like they couldn't care less about getting the job done. They acted put out when I would continue to call them and tell them that the job was not done. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them. I have also heard from other HVAC contractors since then that they have a bad reputation and often get a job diagnosis wrong.

They were awesome!!! It took a week to have it installed, however it was a big job. We had base board heating thoughout and they came in....removed all the base board heating, installed a new HVAC with digital thermostat, and 3 mini-splits on the second floor. The service guys have been awesome....friendly, neat, and on time. Could not have asked for a better experience!!!!
