Great! I wish I had taken a before and after of my dining room bay. The difference is amazing. Had to wait due to a waiting list but once they arrived on scene; the work was completed in a timely manner.

I live in a Cinderblock house with original metal windows from 1967. Carolina Windows and Doors Salesman came out and showed us their windows. He took measurements of all our windows. He was very professional and took his time to listen to us which I loved!! There was a little wait for them to come out and install our windows and storm door but it was very much so worth it!!! They guys came out around 8:30 and by 11:15 they had all my old windows out and the new ones in place! Which really shocked me since I watched my neighbor try and do his himself and it took him one full day on ONE window! They were very professional answered all my questions. They windows look GREAT!!! The temperature in my house jumped 4 degrees in 30 mins which in a cinderblock house he a big thing! I got a FREE storm door for putting a sign in my yard for a month. I am in love with the storm door. It makes my house look great with the new windows! They cased the windows and doors out to look great! I love that the windows fold out so cleaning is very easy! I would and already have told people that Carolina Windows and Doors are the way to go!! I will be using them again on New steel doors!

Carolina Windows and Doors did a great job. They came and took the measurements, and explained everything they were going to do and gave us many options. Once the door was made, they came out and installed it, and it looks great. They also cleaned up very well. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for any door or window services.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, acted in a professional manner, and did excellent work.

The salesman came out and measured the house and gave an estimate. It took a few months for me to make a decision. Although the price had increased, the company honored the original quote. It was several weeks between signing the contract and getting the installation due to the fact that each window is made locally to fit the specifics of each window. Some one called and set up the installation date a few weeks in advance. The workmen arrived more time, but I was surprised that there was no follow up phone call a day or two before.

The crew had all of the windows out in the first hour. They were quite professional and organized. The whole job was done in about five hours and they cleaned up and hauled away everything. There was only one pane of glass that broke as they were taking out the windows and they were careful to clean the area.

I have enjoyed the new windows but my only misgivings is that the company does not have a flyer or brochure that substantiates their description of the Caribbean window. When I stopped by their office I was told that they decided a few years ago that there was no need for one. They offered to print out the description from their website. I also had to ask them for a copy of the warranty which they said they usually keep on file. I am quite thorough in my documentation of home improvements and expected more documentation.

The windows function quite well and I already know that they are more attractive and functional that my former wood single pane windows. I hope to see some improved energy efficiency, but that will be only assessed as we enter the cold months of the year.
