tech attempted repair ordered parts but unit was unrepairable after discovery of internal board being discontinued from mfg.......bells credited me with refund charges of all labor and parts even though repair problem was not there fault. will use this company service again and highly recommend

Regional appliance repair service with good communication to customers and highly qualified technicians. We used them twice in 2020 and 2021 for refrigerator and dishwasher repairs. This Pro knew exactly what was causing the problem with our refrigerator. He even said that the model that We have has this problem frequently. He was courteous and helpful with my removing my refrigerator contents for his work to be easier and quicker. He was highly personable and had Me laughing at some of His repair experiences. My husband and I would definitely tell others to use the service and to ask for this repairman.
