The job went very well. They are locally owned and operated, not a franchise. The team was professional and friendly. They were very efficient and did all of the work as promised and in the frame they estimated. The owner supervised and worked on the more difficult parts of the job (upholstery and marble grout). They removed most of twenty years worth of grime from the arm chairs and ottomans. The oriental rug came back with the vibrant colors restored and sealed with a protective coat. They were not the least expensive alternative but the end results made me happy that I opted for quality over price. I would definitely use their services again.

Zimmerman Carpet Cleaners exceeded my expectations right from the start. The moment I called someone answered my call (with others they usually go to a voicemail and then a callback much later). I spoke to a wonderful, knowledgeable woman who was polite, friendly, and broke down their three cleaning packages for me. I was surprised with the cost as it seemed high, however I have learned over time that you get what you pay for. I choose their lowest package, so I moved some of the furniture myself, and I had everything ready when they arrived. The young man that arrived measured the rooms with precision, he came down and gave me an upfront quote prior to starting the work. He took his time and was detailed orientated. I told him where my new pet had at times had an accident, and I wanted him to focus on those areas. He told me to not to put the furniture back until the next day if possible so as to not leave any stains, and he was right. The hose ran over my wood floors as it entered the house and he made sure no water damaged it. The hose didn't leak like some of the other company's I have used in the past. The carpet did take almost six hours to completely dry. It looked great, and felt soft and clean. They even have a discount on your next cleaning if you fill out their survey. Great service and I highly recommend them.

Service was by the owner. Great guy, did a good job. Left us two spray bottles of stain remover with instructions. Talked to us about his religious faith for 20 minutes right at the end, which was a little unexpected, a little awkward, but we were OK with it and I think if we hadn't been OK he wouldn't have gone there. It's Christmas, after all. I'd call him again.

Zimmerman called day before appointment to verify time. Service technician called morning of appointment to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time. Very professional, courteous, friendly. Asked me to point out any concerns or areas needing special attention. Respectful of our home and furnishings. Work was thorough and effective. Always pleased with Zimmerman's work.

Our dining room rug is off-white. With two dogs in the house the carpet gets soiled as they walk through or sleep on the rug. This is the best room for the dogs to watch out the windows for squirrels, visitors, cats, etc. It definitely needed cleaning. In addition, because of the location of the kitchen there was one area where there is a lot of foot traffic. The carpet needed to be turned to change the wear pattern.
The gentlemen from Zimmerman called the morning of the appointment to confirm their arrival time, which was within the scheduled hour. They explained what they would do, and then proceeded to do it. My husband and I had removed the dining room chairs and table, so they didn't have to move furniture except to tilt back the china closet (which we had emptied) to get the edge of the carpet out before they turned the rug.
The carpet looks beautiful this morning. I am very pleased. They left a bottle of spot treatment liquid with me, too. I would recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning. They informed me they also clean furniture and grout on tile floors. The cost of the service was comparable to other companies. The cleaning was $158, and turning the rug was $35.

Just one employee came out and it took him about an hour. There were some stains that he worked on, but overall it was just a basic carpet cleaning. It was a professional job that he did.

Zimmerman took the carpets and the pads and cleaned all of them. They did an excellent job despite the fact that the carpets had a sulphur colored silt stain. The individuals with whom we dealt at Zimmerman were nice and they performed the job rather quickly.

One of the technicians showed up at our house to do the service on time. He moved all the furniture as he worked and replaced it without incident, cleaning as he went. He hit all the highly trafficked areas as well as under furniture. There were a few spots that were impossible to remove but they were almost indistinguishable after the service was complete. Given that the carpet was heavily soiled, they did a great job.

Two stagers that I hired to help me sell my house told me that the carpet was too old (13 years old) and, given its dark edges at the base of the walls, it needed to be replaced. As a less expensive alternative, I explored having the carpets cleaned. After interviewing a few carpet cleaning services on Angies List, I settled on Zimmerman Carpet Cleaning. This was the only service that had a process for removing the dark edges of the carpet. Additionally, the estimate was for cleaniing ALL the carpet, not just the areas accessible without moving furniture. Finally, I was sold by what Mike Zimmerman said regarding the need to replace the carpet after 13 years: "A carpet will ugly-out before it wears out." In a word, the performance of Zimmerman Carpet Cleaning was outstandinng. The carpets loook like new...really. It was worth every penny spent to have them cleaned so expertly. I also want to mention that Zimmerman employs top-notch people: professional, courteous, and enthusiastic. I especially enjoyed doing business with Mike, a fair and ethical person if there ever was one.

Zimmerman's is professional from beginning to end. Each time an appointment was set for a detailed estimate. The representative, including the owner, arrive on time and prepared to estimate. Estimates are detailed and the customer has the opportunity to select or decline options prior to the service - no pressure. Most recently when we had carpets cleaned in our home, we went forward with about 50% of the services for which we requested estimates. An appointment was made, and again the representative was right on time. He explained the services that he was going to perform and then worked in a professional manner.
They may be more expensive than some other providers of this service, but they deliver quality services. I will definitely use them again for any carpet cleaning needs.
