 + -1 moreHighly recommend Barbara Tye. The seller's agent was Michelle Porter, also at Yost and Little. she was awful. She didn't even show to the closing and was not there for the open house. I would never even consider hiring her.
Description of Work: Barbara Tye was a wonderful buyer's agent. We spent almost six months looking for a house and she showed us well over 100 properties in Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem. We never felt pressured to just buy any house. She was always looking out for our best interest. She helped to locate a professional home inspector who used to be an engineer. He found a crack in the foundation of the house we ultimately purchased. The finding saved us several thousand dollars.

 + -1 moreI thought that she was better than all of the other Realtors that we had checked out. She explained the process and was very professional. She also sold our home rather quickly and we got a reasonable price for the home as well. We sold our home for $210,000.
Description of Work: Amanda Bailey of Yost & Little is the Realtor that we used to help us sell our 2,800 square foot home when we moved from North Carolina to Minneapolis.
