Highly recommend Barbara Tye. The seller's agent was Michelle Porter, also at Yost and Little. she was awful. She didn't even show to the closing and was not there for the open house. I would never even consider hiring her.

I thought that she was better than all of the other Realtors that we had checked out. She explained the process and was very professional. She also sold our home rather quickly and we got a reasonable price for the home as well. We sold our home for $210,000.
