It was very straightforward. I shopped around and narrowed down to a color of tile that only this provider carried. When they didn't have a sample of the size of tiles I wanted, they ordered a new sample and called me when it arrived. I'm assuming they run into issues with people who borrow a sample and don't return it, so I understand collecting a refundable $20 deposit. My only complaint is that they asked me to return the sample(s) the next day, so I was limited to checking them out on Friday, in order to see them in full sunlight and then return on Monday. Overall, very pleased with the tile and their helping me choose the grout color!
