WHERE IT'S AT

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’m still working on getting it resolved. Unfortunately I will have to use the legal means to get it resolved, because she’s not responding to emails texts or phone calls. I’ve spent over $20,000 to remodel bathroom and my bidet is leaking. I took pictures of it which I sent to her, but she has not responded. I also want her to sign an agreement that she is going to honor a “punch list” for one year which is what all contractors/designers do, that is if they’re honest and professional which Kathy Sterling(where it’s at) is not! .I’m still waiting for her to fix my bidet which I reported having a problem with over a month ago. I also sent her pictures of the leak in my bathroom from the toilet. I paid over $20,000 to have my bathroom remodeled, and now she wants to drop the ball. Kathy is unprofessional, and apparently at this point doesn’t care about her reputation. Why would she not respond to emails, texts, and phone calls? I have documentation of everything that I’m writing here.. I will pursue whatever means necessary to to get this resolved to my satisfaction and within law. If you’re thinking of using her, it would be a really bad choice and one that you will regret! *The heads up should’ve been at the beginning of our correspondence, she sent me a copy of a receipt for something she was going to use for tax purposes for an event by mistake. Really, how unprofessional is that to do!! Overlooking was a mistake.
