Waynick Pressure Washing

I was extremely surprised how good my house and driveway looked. Very punctual and pleasant. The job was done in 5 hours, he worked nonstop. I would definitely use this company again. It's so nice to have someone come in and do the work they are paid to do and back it up.

Before I found Waynick I called another pressure washer company.  They told me they would do the job and would call me when the weather gets nice.  That was about 2 mths ago!  So I searched again for a company and found Waynick.  From the time we 1st talked to him to the time the project was completed was only a week or maybe 6 days.  Super attentive.  Very fast.  He came out to our home to provide a quote from Greensboro to upper Rockingham County. Our house is 3 stories in the back and everything looks great!  Would use him again and would suggest him to others.  When we are ready for driveway cleaning, I will definitely contact Waynick.

They took care of missed areas we pointed out. They stayed until job was completed. They did an excellent job. They were prompt on very short notice. Two negatives: Their fee was double the fee of our last cleaning for the same area and the solution they used may have been too strong. It burned some grass spots & two azalea branch tips.

Great Job!  Charlie  and his crew did and awesome job of making our 20 year old house shine.  They did exactly what they said they would, were prompt to answer all calls and questions and cleaned up after themselves.  They also used ?green? products
which was important to us because we have small dogs. We were very impressed and will call them again.

The transmission fluid spill happened on a Friday night, just as I was pulling into the driveway of my new (to me) house. Here I was, the new neighbor, spewing transmission fluid down my street, ending in a pool in the middle of my driveway. Talk about making a bad first impression!
I called Mr. Waynick during the weekend. Although he was on vacation, he returned my call quickly, and was very gracious. We scheduled a consultation/estimate meeting for Monday morning.
Charlie (Mr. Waynick) showed up on time. I was very worried about how the visible stains in the concrete driveway and the asphalt street paving could be made to go away. He reassured me that pressure washing would help the driveway a lot. He said Waynick would be very thorough in removing the oil from the driveway, but even with the excellent equipment he had, there would probably be a little stain left. However, as the cleaned driveway weathered, the lessened stain would eventually fade into the background in a way that an uncleaned spill would not. When the cleaning was underway, I was very impressed with his employee's persistence and expertise. As expected, there was a little stain left over. I'm sure nobody else could have gotten it out either. And Charlie was right: a few months later, the stain cannot be seen.
At estimate time, Charlie said the asphalt street could not be helped by pressure washing. (It would basically be trying to remove oil (transmission fluid) from the oil-based product that asphalt is.  Pressure washing could remove much of the transmission fluid, but would also remove the normal oil in the mix, leaving the surface very white in contrast to the rest of the street. Not exactly inconspicuous.) He described how I could remove a lot of the oil myself using an oil drying compound. That part worked out fine as well. That stain is no longer visible, either.
The cleaning went really well, but the best part of my experience was that Charlie knew exactly what he was doing. So, I got exactly what I was looking for: somebody that could expertly handle a situation about which I hadn't a clue. So, I could relax and know the job was being handled by folks that knew exactly what to do, and would do it well.

The actual cleaning results were excellent, and they were  punctual and professional. They did not rinse my plants or advise me to do it, and the overspray  from the roof cleaning killed the blossoms and buds in my flower garden. Also, it was very difficult to clean my windows from the chemicals after they finished

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work.  Pete was fantastic climbing up on our roof and cleaning very awkward places on the roof and sides of the house.  It look a little bit longer than they originally thought because my drive way was so bad.  The roof looked fantastic.  There were no more discoloration spots and looked almost brand new.  The outside of the house turned out fantastic.  It is nice to see what white is supposed to look like.  The best part was how good the driveway looked afterwards.  It looked almost like a freshly poured driveway.  Overall,  the work that was performed was exceptional.  I would highly recommend contacting Waynick.  They are very professional and know what they are doing.

Contacted Charlie of Waynick Pressure Washing to clean roof, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, and other stains from home.  He was very prompt and professional at all times and showed up and performed the services when he said he would.  I would definitely hire him again if the need arises.

Charlie and his crew did a great job.   Phone calls were answered promptly,  pricing was more than fair. They even took time at the end to rinse off my car from any debris that  dusted down from the roof. I will be contacting  them for future services and referring them to my neighbors.
