We have had VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) since we started our business. We were approached by Triad Telecom Inc. when we were ready to leave our last bad experience with VOIP. The one thing we have learned is they all promise great things but then they under deliver. here is a list of the problem we had with Triad telecom Inc.
Poor Call Quality: We spent several hours of our own researching this problem. They would never send anyone to look at it and would continually blame it on the cable provider and there equipment.
Technical Assistance: There Technical assistance consist of 8:30 to 4:30 and rarely do they know what the problem is. They would commonly have servers go down that would take all weekend to correct and when you called them about it you had to leave a voice mail.
There Office Location: There is no one there! They all work from home! Thats where the servers are but they dont actually work there. If you need to trade out bad equipment then you need to mail them your old stuff and wait for the new to come.
Contract. They held us to a three year commitment that you would need to pay out your contract to quit. The pay out was your monthly min of 150.00 for each month of the contract that is left.
Overall They were Untruthful with there Sales Presentation, They misrepresent there ability to provide service, They lack good customer service skills and seem to want to forget about you once they have there contract.
