My wife and I met Dave by chance when we were checking out the current HUD listings of foreclosed homes. We had found two homes we wanted to check out further and we were not working with a broker in the area. We asked Dave to work with us on the homes. It was a very pleasant accidental meeting. Dave turned out to be an excellent broker. He was knowledgable and thorough in all of his dealings with us. He knew the ins and outs of working with HUD. Everything from our initial offer to the final closing went smoothly. We could not have been happier.
