I can definitely say that the work was not cheap but it was good. I thought the guys were all very courteous. They worked very hard and showed up on time every day. They did a super job of cleaning up. The finished product looks absolutely wonderful.

The sales rep that gave me the estimate was very nice. The installers, however, did not show up on time. They would not come on the day stated and would not call. The floor has ripples in it. The grout in the ceramic was not done to my satisfaction.
