TRIAD CABINET COMPANY INC

A week before the cabinets were scheduled to ship from the factory they began demolition.  The old wood flooring was especially difficult to remove because it had been glued to the sub floor. But demo was finished in 3 days. The electricians came in during demo and installed the wiring and recessed lights. Part of the demo process involved removing the existing quartz countertops (Zodiac) and setting them aside for reinstallation on the new cabinets.  After the electricians finished the drywall contractor came in and repaired the sheetrock  Once all demo was complete, the flooring contractor came in and prepped the subfloor for ceramic tile and installed the tile floor.  This was all done in the span of one week. 
The second week involved Triad Cabinet coming back and installing the new cabinets. Once the cabinets were set in place the countertop contractor came back and reinstalled the old countertops. We could not be happier with the overall job.
I have one complaint which which was taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. It involved the flooring contractor applying a sealer to the entire ceramic tile floor. We expected he would just seal the grout lines. The sealer he used imparted a semi gloss sheen to the floor that we did not like at all. Once he was informed he came back and stripped the sealer from the floor and reapplied grout sealer to the grout lines.
The overall project took 3 weeks from start of demo to having a fully functional kitchen.
During the bidding process we asked for estimates of time involved and Triad estimated 2-3 weeks. They would have finished in 2 weeks had the flooring contractor not had to come back and strip the sealer off the tile.  The other contractor we interviewed estimated the project to take 4-6 weeks and his price was approx $10K higher than Triad's for the same statement of work using comparable quality cabinets.
We are very happy with the work done and would recommend Triad Cabinets to our friends.

We contacted Triad Cabinet Co. to have our kitchen countertops replaced from laminate to engineered stone.  Our kitchen is very small.  It wasn't a big job for Triad Cabinet but they were responsive, courteous and accommodating.  Leon and Eddie were very patient with us in selecting a material for our countertops.  Once selected, the process for measuring, ordering and installing was actually very pleasant.  They did what they said they were going to do and were always professional and accessible.  It is really difficult to make a decision about such a permanent item and I tried desperately to get them to make my decision for me but they remained professional and answered my questions but ultimately, I had to decide.  The installation went seamlessly and the installers reflected the professionalism and courtesy of Triad Cabinet.  We are thrilled with the final product and highly recommend Triad Cabinet Co.

Terrible. They sold me a defective vanity (damaged) and they misrepresented the drawer (wrong shade of white, size was misleading; 30" drawer was really a shallow 18" drawer in a 30" frame).

The cost did not include the hardware. The cabinets were inferior quality. The installers were poor as the craftsmanship shows their lack of training and knowledge of the products. I contacted the owner of my dissatisfaction. The follow-up was horrible as the company did not attempt to resolve any issues. The installers did not show up on time and the dress attire was very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I liked working with Triad Cabinets. They did a great job with my kitchen. The estimate they gave me before they started work was very close to what I paid. I would recommend them to anyone doing some remodeling.
