I love these guys. They're just wonderful. I trust them. If something's wrong with your car, they'll say "Oh you need to get this done but you can probably wait about 6 months to get it done." It's not like, "Oh you have to get this done today." They're just so honest. They only work on Hondas and Acuras. I trust them.

They're really good. They can anticipate what's going to happen. They specialize in Honda's so they really know their deal. One time when they went back in to do something, they realized they had been in the interior of the engine, and they realized the only way something that could have happened was because they did it from the last time brought it in. They're honest, very great, lots of integrity. They're top, they're all stars. There's nothing I can find to complain about them.

They are really good. Excellent! They tell you what you need and also tell you if you don't need it right away. I've been going to them for a couple of years and have been very satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend them to others, they only service Honda though... that's the only downside.

The service was done quickly without an appointment. I have been using these guys since 1982 on three different Honda Accords. The service has always been professional and of high quality. Ray and Terry are great guys and I trust them completely. I never have to wonder if I am being cheated or taken advantage of when I go there. They go out of their way to accomodate customers. If I have a problem, they check it out, give me an understandable explaination of what the problem is, what needs to be done and what it will cost. They also let me know how critical the problem is and tell me my options for the repair and how soon it needs to be done.
All the front office guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Terry, Ray, Dennis and Charlie are great at explaining things and making sure I understand why the problem occurred and how it is to be fixed.
I will always go to Triad to have my Honda serviced. I like the Honda product very much and the quality of service I get from Triad is a huge consideration for me when looking for another car. I like dealing with honest, good people...and that is hard to find.

I have all my work for my Honda done with these guys. I trust them with my life.

If a repair can be put off for a few months, they will tell me. No dealership will do that.

When I was looking for a used Honda, I would take the car to them to check out. They did this

for about 5 cars that I was considering and did not charge me a dime to do this. They are

great guys!!!

I've been using them for a long time. They work on Hondas and Acuras. They're out near the airport but his wife was selling another MDX and I had an older MDX, so I bought his newer MDX and he bought my older MDX. That was a really nice deal, and he's just super nice. They're A all the way.

My engine light came on. I called Triad Auto to set up and appointment and was seen the same day. Part was ordered and my Honda was repaired the folliowing day. No pressure to fix anything else. Very quick and professional. Their customer service was outstanding.

We always took our 1996 Honda Accord there. They kept it running for 185,000 miles. Sold the car and got $1500 for it.

Over a ten year span it's been while I've taken my car to them. Makes me sort of wish I had another Honda, so as to use them again.
They've absolutely surprised me on at least two occasions.
1) On a visit for an oil change they just - by the way - mentioned an oil leak, a minor one, that one and quot;dealerand quot; had said was a failed tranny; another charged, this one a business on Wendover, $750.00 to replace seals that did no good. Turns out it was a minor leak in a gasket between alternator and engine. and quot;Nothing to get all worked up about, and quot; they said. Mainly, it relieved my wife who would have traded in the car. That was years ago.
2) During one of the oil changes they recommended an oil plug with a gasket. and quot;It'll make the seal work better with less need for torquing it. There's always a risk of stripping a thread as the engine mileage builds up, as the oil changes continue to be delivered.and quot;
So, when it's time to buy my NEW Honda, there's no doubt where I'll go for service. I'd do it even if the warranty offered some ridiculous term of free service at a dealer.

After researching Angie's List I found Triad Auto. It was pretty close to where I work, and they specialize in Hondas, so I took my son's 2000 Accord there to have the transmission checked as 2nd gear wasn't working properly (automatic transmission). They said the transmission fluid definitely needed to be changed, and that might fix the problem. I appreciated the approach of saying let's try this first, and if it doesn't solve the problem then we can talk about other options. It did fix the problem for a couple of days. We took it back, and they gave us an estimate on a rebuilt transmission. About a $3,500 estimate so we decided to stay with what we have as my son is able to shift into 3rd gear on the column. Also, some things had to be done to pass inspection, and I thought they were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had been experiencing what I thought was a dirty fuel line. When I gave the car gas, it wanted to skip. It got worse even after I added a fuel injection cleaner to my gas tank. I called for an appointment and was able to drop it off the night before. The location is extremely clean and had a very friendly key drop compared to anywhere else I've been. Shortly after 9am the following morning, I received a call from a gentleman at the shop who explained to me everything that was going on. He explained that he noticed I had new spark plugs (they were about 2 years old) and that one had come apart, which was the issue I had taken it in for. He also explained to me that I had an axle that was broken and needed to be replaced soon. He told me that he did not believe I needed to necessarily do it that day, but would need to replace it the very near future. This would be the third time I've had to have it replaced in 2 years. He explained to me that the previous repairs were done with re-manufactured parts. I went ahead with replacing the axle at this time. Triad Auto Specialty Inc put in a new axle, which has a lifetime warranty. My car runs great now and no longer pops loudly from the bad axle when I turn. They sent me home with a list of other things they had found that needed work (I have an older model car that does need quite a bit of work done), but were not immediately critical, and gave me a price for each item. I was not pressured to have these repairs done, it seemed to be a simple and genuine courtesy. I have not ever had the type of service in my 21 years of driving that I had at this shop. I paid more than I would have if I had taken it somewhere I've been in the past, but I believe that the work I received was far superior than at any other shop in the past too. Therefore, the phrase, "you get what you pay for", really makes sense when it comes to this shop. I'll never take my Honda to anyone else again!

They are on the expensive side, price wise, but it is worth it because they don't try to sell you things. I feel better going to them, than going to the dealer. I feel they are great over here and it's worth the price, the staff and the technician's are nice. I feel hard to say they are reasonable, because for oil change my husband paid $42 and my van had done 48000 miles, and they are a little expensive. It's worth it not to have the hassle and it's close to the house. I do think what they do is fair, but they are higher than the average around here. I rather pay more to have my car done versus going to a Precision Auto or Jiffy Lube or something like that and telling me that my car needed works like my other car, which we took to a place like that and it had 3000 miles on it and they told my husband that it needed a new air filter. My husband not knowing anything because he is not a car guy let them change it. They don't do that kind of stuff over there and I really appreciate that. I would use them again in the future.

I have a 1992 Acura Integra and I am from Raleigh. When I came to this area in 2001 I needed a trustworthy mechanic and found Triad. I have been coming to this shop since 2001. This vendor has always been honest with me from the beginning. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and will not perform one repair until they have spoke with you (the consumer) and received the "Go Ahead". The prices are fair as well, depending on the issue with your vehicle. And if you aren't happy with your repair, they will gladly take another look at your vehicle and not charge for it, because they actually stand by their guarantee (BELIEVE IT OR NOT) I highly recommend Triad auto. You won't be disappointed.
