Tree Experts Greensboro Inc

The experts said they could tell which tree limbs were dead. This was in winter before new leaves were growing. When the new leaves came in you could see they missed major dead branches. I asked Rob to come back and correct the problem. He said he was to busy helping people with storm clean up. About 6 weeks later saw him back in our neighborhood and asked him to fix the problem. He said no. He had already been paid and he doesn't care what his customers think. Horrible customer service. I also checked on his status as a licensed arborist. He is not listed with the International Society of Arboriculture or Guilford county agriculture center.

Rob came out within 3 days to review and estimate the job, we agreed on the price and schedule, I was out of town when he did the work but when I returned the work was complete, yard was clean the invoice was left where we agreed it would placed. Rob is a certified arborist, a requirement I have for anyone who works on my trees. Trees are professionally pruned and ready for spring.
