I NEVER FELT PRESSURED INTO BUYING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING JUST THE RIGHT DESIGN. I FELT AS IF I WAS THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER AND THAT MEANS A LOT. I WASN'T EVER RUSHED.

I LIKED THE SALES PEOPLE AND HAVING A PERSONAL CONNECTION WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ACCOUNT. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION. THEY STEPPED UP AND REPLACED THE COUNTER TOP AND RE-INSTALLED IT. I AM NOW HAPPY. THEY HAVE A GOOD WORK ETHIC.

THEY INSTALLED QUALITY. THEY WERE VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE RELIABLE. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS I ASKED THEM.
