We got estimates from three roofing contractors before contracting Tony's Roofing to replace the shingle roof on our house. Mr. Williams told us that it may take more than a day because our roof has a very steep pitch, and the winter days are short. The crew showed up a little after 7 am, knocked on the door to let us know they were there, and got to work. They took one break for lunch and finished up in one day. They did a great job cleaning up afterward, too.

We had a miserable experience with this company! Although the workers were pleasant and the work done in a timely manner, the end result was unacceptable. Bottom line, after the first hard rain we had 2 leaks in 2 different rooms . The owner,Tony Williams, paid to have the ceilings repaired. The roof repair was supposedly fixed. After a short period of time, another leak in exactly the same previous locations. Again, repairs made and leaks said to be repaired. Of course, all this caused much disruption in our home due to cleanup and inconvenience. The painter that did the repair was to be paid by the owner but said he never received the money on the last ceiling repair. One leak was repaired but not the other leak. We have a bucket in our attic to catch water from the ongoing leak. After numerous calls, the owner will not respond or honor his company's 10 year guarantee on workmanship/30 year guarantee on materials. Plus, we now have a new leak in a new area! The new roof was put on in May, 2009!!

"Leaks that were reported were not related to the new roof. They were not even roof related. Water was entering the house due to a problem with a dormer that was built in a valley. This was trapping water causing it to build up and run into the corner piece of the dormer siding approximately 5 inches above the roof line. This was not a roofing issue but since i had just installed the roof i did get the blame for it. I did make 2 returned visits and made repairs to these areas. I also paid the painter for inside repairs 1 time but did not the second time since the problem was not due to our workmanship. There was no lag time in response when they called with these complaints. She also states that there are existing leaks which i have not been made aware of to date. I also can't understand why she has waited so long to report this if there was a real problem. These people have not made any contact with in well over a year about any problems. As is said you cannot please everyone, some people you cannot please no matter how hard you try, ( this is one of those ). I have many many customers that will verify that we commit to quality work, quality service and stand behind this 100 percent. This report is just short of slanderous and is not appreciated. Vendor arrived promptly at the agreed on time, began immediately, and finished the job before it rained. No leaks afterward. Very reasonable price. Tony personally directed the work and carefuly checked every detail of the work. He even called later to be sure we were totally satisfied with his crew's work. Wish all contractors could be this good at what they do.

They were great. There was not anything I did not like. It was father and son and they were very nice. They were on time when I need to have it done.

They also came with an emergency call on a Saturday morning. They were very pleasant about the situation. They did a very good and thorough job. The roof looks great and they cleaned up their mess when they were done.

Ton's Roofing was first class and did a professional job. There estimate "matched" the "sale price" of another company. The work crew was fast, efficient and really knew their business well.WE have a large house with a huge roof with many valleys and a couple of dormers. The job was completed in a day and a half and everything was cleaned up perfectly. A great work experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

TONY'S ROOFING WAS VERY METICULOUS ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED. I WAS REALLY PLEASED AT HOW QUICK THEY GOT MY ROOF DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY'S ROOFING TO EVERYONE IN THE BURLINGTON AREA.
