Bill was punctual and professional. Diagnosed problem quickly (bad circuit bd and clog). Had needed part with him. Unit has never worked this well ever.

Bill Wilson is pleasant, professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly and systematically diagnose exactly where there was a pipe that had come unglued in our built in central vac system. He was able to pinpoint exactly where the problem was. .After locating the problem, he told me to just let our handyman who was working on some other projects at our house, remove the section of wall, and glue the PVC pipe back together. I had to call Bill later to ask him a question regarding the handyman's repair. He promptly returned my call, was very patient, and answered my questions very clearly. The handyman followed the instructions Bill give me for the repair and fixed our 41 year old Nutone central vacuum system! I lived without it for a year thinking there was no hope of fixing a vac system that was so old. After gluing the pipe back together, the suction is as strong as ever!

Bill, the owner installed the equipment himself and gave me a bill less than anticipated. Fair and trustworthy.
