I will never use these people again. Some people just take advantage of people in a stressful situation. I was grateful when I had to call them out for work on a Saturday night for our water heater, they gave me an after hours price, very cheap, and were there with a couple hours, stopped the water leak and removed the old one. Stated that they would be back on Monday with a new one for a total of $5500. On Sunday I researched water heater and the amount they quoted was way to high. I stated I needed to see how they came to that amount, being generous I could not get to $3000. My husband and I work and we were not able to communicate quick enough before they installed the new one. After work was done they said it was 30% of 30% of 30%, IE: they ripped us off. I have since confirmed this. They did not air out the lines correctly either and our shower head blew out the next day and they never took responsibility for the leak in the ceiling. They knew they were taking advantage of us that is why they never returned my email or phone call.

Woke up to water pouring from the water line in the crawl space. I shut off the water and called Plumbing & Air Service Co. They setup a service appointment and arrived right on time. They diagnosed the problem within minutes and provided a cost estimate. I agreed to have the service performed and the price was exactly as quoted. Service personnel were courteous, professional, and promptly fixed the problem. Excellent service experience.

Wesley and Patrick were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The phone attendants were also friendly. One issue: I asked a phone attendant how much faucet installation would cost, and she said she couldn't tell me. It turns out the cost was a flat rate. I'd like to have known the (high) cost before deciding whether to hire the company.
