Mattresses
Initially, there was a problem when my mattress was delivered. However, the problem was resolved quickly and professionally.
This company has an excellent exchange policy. I purchased a Tempurpedic mattress and it was way too firm. The Tempurpedic takes 30 to 60 days to break in, and I just couldn't sleep on this mattress that long. I am exchanging it for a softer Tempurpedic which will be delivered on May 27. I just had to pay the difference in price. Had the new mattress been cheaper than the first one I purchased, they would have refunded the difference. I believe they will exchange the mattress up to 3 times within the first 100 days.
I don't know of any other mattress company with this type of exchange policy. I am looking forward to the arrival of the softer mattress.
