Team Phillips Management

This did not go well at all.  The moving crew's dolly left deep scratches in my hardwood floors.  They performed no inspection nor provided any check list that indicated they checked for any exsisting damage before they started, which I find very unprofessional.  When I saw the damage and contacted the owner, Reggie, I was given the run around about how the damage occured and what he would do to remedy the situation.  He told me he would meet me at the house on 5/20/14 but he never showed up.  When I tried to call him he would not pick up but he would respond to my text messages.  Again, very unprofessional.  He told me that he was sending a flooring contractor to the home to fix the damage, and he also failed to show up.  Now Reggie is refusing to take any responsibility for the damage to my floors and is trying to blame my tennant who just moved out.  I did a full inspection of the house the night before they arrived and found no such damage.  I have since come to find out Team Phillips Management also has an F rating with the BBB.
