The sales rep was somewhat unprofessional and used a lot of foul language. The crew that installed the fence was very nice, but they broke a drainage pipe and instead of telling up about it they just poured concrete INTO it and never said a word. We found out several months later after lots of pooling water around our house. There was no way they did not know they did this. We found broken pipe pieces tucked under some dirt and leaves around the fence, and when we dug the area out there was a very obvious hole in the pipe with cement poured in it. So very unethical.

It was good; they installed the wrong size of gate. We ended up deciding to keep it for less hassle; but they did adjust the amount due.

When the original estimate came in a little higher than we were expecting, Angelo helped us redefine the layout a bit to minimize waste (by eliminating partial panels) while keeping with the spirit of the original design.  We were very pleased with the workmanship and, after one year, the materials still look brand new.

Seegars salesman was significantly better prepared than his competitor. He seemed to to be very knowledgeable and brought samples and brochures with him. Seegars' price was at least 10% higher than the competitor, but because of the good sales pitch and the fact that I liked their fence better, I went with Seegars.
They showed up on time on the scheduled day. I had been told that this would be a two day job, but the 2 workers finished the whole project in one day. I was definitely pleased! The fence looks great and I have no problem recommending this company.
My one small complaint is that the clean-up could have been a bit better. I can't honestly give them an and quot;Aand quot; in that department. After the workers left, I spent about a half-hour picking up pieces of the old wooden fence. That's not terrible, but I wouldn't leave a job looking like that. Again, this is a minor complaint.

I phoned Seegars about 31/2 weeks ago and left a message for Angelo Ponzo, who is listed as the contact person on Angies. He called back within an hour and we agreed he'd be at my home the next day. He showed up promptly as agreed. We spent the prerequisite amount of time chatting about who was from where, (he from New Jersey, me from Florida) then it was all business. He was professional, doing the measurements, etc. quickly, and letting me know he would have an estimate on my email within 24 hours.
The estimate arrived as promised. I was initially not happy with the figures. I should say here that I had contacted 6 other Angie List companies, gotten no response from 4, 1 called, never made the appointment, the other came out, gave me a figure, but I never heard from him again. Just to make certain I had at least one more number I got Lowe's out. They were prompt, gave me a basic, no frills price, and DID follow-up very well. They were considerably less expensive than Seegars but couldn't do what I required.
Once we decided on Seegars things moved quickly. Angelo described the backlog of work and said they would install my fence either on the 15th or 20th. I visited their offices, gave them a 25% deposit and we waited for the appointed date(s).
My doorbell rang at 7:15 this morning; There's Angelo and Scotty, ready to get to work. I'll make a longer story short, they were done, cleaned up the site and in the wind by 12:30. The workmanship is great, we're extremely happy. Every single thing promised was done, including hauling away an old fence they took down. Quality materials, put together and installed by quality people. That equals customer satisfaction.

The fencing was okay. One of their men actually hit the gas lines while using a gas auger and the owner said he wouldn't pay for it. I had to pay for the gas line to be fixed.

Everything went great from the first phone call to ask for a quote to the final installation. We worked with Scotty who was professional, courteous and never pushy. They kept us informed about our order of materials and showed up when they said they would. The fence was finished earlier than expected and it looks fantastic. They made sure we were satisfied with the work and quality after they were finished, before we made the final payment. We were at work over the three days the fence was being installed and it was like a beautiful fence magically appeared in our back yard, no hassle, no follow up or checking required on our part. Scotty and his crew left no mess behind, just a couple of very happy customers.

They did a great great job. They really listened to what I wanted. I was first interested in this company because they had good reviews on Angie's list. Everyone was very professional and cared about making sure that I was satisfied. When they started work on the job, they kept in contact with me throughout the entire installation to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.
If you are intestested in getting a fence, please talk to these guys. You will not be disappointed.

This went very smoothly.

Seegars was the fifth estimate I received. When I asked questions to the first four, they treated me as if I didn't have a right to ask what type of material was used, how it was installed, what the hardware was, etc. I came across Angelo, one Seegars salesmen, at the Greensboro home show. He could not have been any more polite and informative. He came to my house and was the only one to provide me with a brochure so that I could see exactly what was going to be installed. He came out on the first day of installation with the installers to review exactly where the fence would be installed. The two installers were at my house for about 2.5 days and also were extremely polite (and very sweet to my dog!). I would use this company again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who asks.

They were very professional. They finished when they said they would and it was professional. They had to come back and redo a part, and they had charged that to us.

During the winter, we had high winds that damaged several sections of our fence, including knocking sections of the fence over. Seegars came over and help identify damage that we did not see and would have caused the fence collapse again. We had to put down a down payment and wait until the supplies arrived. Once the supplies arrived, they were able to match the current fencing, minus coloring, and repaired the fence. We were not able to be home when they did the repairs, but they did an excellent job. The area of the fence that we requested was repaired and matched to fence perfectly. They also fixed parts of the fence that we had not agreed upon. They made my life easier, since I was planning on fixing them myself. Did I mention that they did not charge me any extra to do this? Speaking of price, they were not the only company that we talked to about this. They were the cheapest and still did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Called this contractor along with 3 others for quotations. All called had excellent reviews. Beeson came out and quoted a good price for the new fence, and an even better price to remove my old one. He was creative in ways to reduce costs for him that he passed onto me with regards to the removal. His crew showed up when he said they would. Worked diligently. Did an excellent job. Materials were as good as I hoped - better than expected. Cleaned up after they were done.

Complicating our need to blend new fencing with existing fencing, a very large tree sat on the property line and they had to stop the job while we negotiated with our neighbor over some tree cutting issues. Angelo was understanding throughout and his guys were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. We have recommended them to a number of people since. The quality of the wood and craftsmanship are noticeable.
