Have been using them for quite a while. They put in our system for us and they fixed a whole stuff that we didn?t even know was wrong until he showed it to us. Some stuff I knew was wrong, but I didn?t know how to fix it. He was wonderful!

They come out every 6 months. We have a contract with them. They are really good. They?re the ones that troubleshot everything and found ways around the problems the builders sorted of didn?t.

AC stopped cooling on a Sunday around lunch. Called Sunday afternoon - received callback quickly. I was given the option for weekend rate or wait until Monday morning. Went with the latter to keep cost low. I don't remember exactly what had to be replaced but it was available and the repair was performed on Monday. The temperature outside was hot and having AC inside by the afternoon was greatly appreciated. I've been using these guys for several years and have always been happy.

Excellent. Diagnosed problem, explained our alternatives, made proposal, installed equipment.

We had recurring problems with refrigerant leaks from a cheap builder's spec unit that was only 6 years old. We had been working with the builder's heating and A/C company, but got competitive quotes when it came time to replace equipment.

Seasonal Comfort was very responsive with a quote and offered up a great solution from Trane, adapting it to our current central air equipment. Their price was very competitive. Their installers were very professional and clean. We've had great performance from the equipment and no trouble. We're currently on a maintenance plan with them.

Our a/c broke during the first hot spell of the season. The owner came out and quoted a price for a new a/c and a new heater. The day before delivery they found that the model that I wanted was not available, so they installed a more expensive model at the quoted price. Seasonal Comfort also rearranged the returns and the copper tubing that had been incorrectly installed when the house was built. This eliminated an annoyingly loud noise that I thought that we would have to live with forever, since no one seemed to have any idea how to fix it. Also, the owner and his two technicians were extremely careful of our walls and floors since they had to carry the heater and all of their equipment up to the second floor. We are so happy that we chose Season Comfort!

I received several quotes for the work, one of which was Seasonal Comfort. They had the most complete quote, shortest delivery, and best price. I didn't know that I could get all three! I wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work.

Technician serviced AC system as requested and said that system was low on refrigerant. Seasonal Comfort's recommendation is to refill the refrigerant and develop a history of repair on the system to determine how often it needs replenishment. This system is only 5 years old (just out of warranty) and I prefer a long-term solution (i.e., find the leak now and fix it). This was communicated to the technician but technician and office personnel strongly discouraged performing a leak check.

Seasonal Comfort quoted an additional $150 to perform a leak check plus cost to repair the leak and supply refrigerant. Office personnel discouraged proceeding with a leak check, mentioning that they may perform this test and not find a leak. Seasonal Comfort reiterated their preference is to develop a history of repairs on the unit before performing leak checks. They noted that some homeowners like themselves just have refrigerant added to their system each year.

As stated earlier we desired a long-term solution (fix the leak now instead of later). Seasonal Comfort did not appear interested in the work and their cost to perform the leak test and subsequent repairs seemed high. I engaged another contractor from Angie's List. My system was diagnosed and repaired (excluding cost of replacing refrigerant) for the price that Seasonal Comfort would have charged for only a leak check.

The technician arrived on time. Checked both units thoroughly. He didn't just quickly look at the units but took time to check them completely. When he found a problem, he immediately came and discussed it to see what we wanted to do. Fixed the problem and units have been working great since his visit. He was clear that he was knowledgeable about what he was doing. This was our first experience with Seasonal Comfort but it will not be our last. They came highly recommended from Angie's List as well as a friend. You can't go wrong if you select them to do your service. Thanks to Seasonal Comfort for a timely response in scheduling our maintenance and doing a great job!

I spent about $650. I did not check the price with anyone else. They brought was a merv10 which is not as good as a merv13. So I asked them about the merv13 which I knew was a little bit more expensive. They had already come in with a merv10. We replace it every year so I thought that I will replace it with merv13 the next year and pay the extra money. It would have been about $10 more. About 2 weeks later they called back and told me that the merv13 had come in. I told them that they had just put in a merv10. So they said that I could have the merv13 for nothing and that they would switch it out for us. They left the merv10 up there because they could not use it for anyone else and put in a merv13 for $0. I was happy about that. They seemed to be smaller and their prices seemed reasonable. I think we will use them for our maintenance.

They were generally pretty outstanding. They were very responsive. The work they did was high quality. The price was good.

My A/C and heating unit wasn't heating, I had someone come out and they said it needed to replaced. Turns out the heater exchange was still under warranty and they caught it instead of just replacing it. I just paid for the labor pretty much. They were courteous and their honesty was impeccable. They could have just swapped it out and charged me much more, but they didn't.

I have been using their services for about seven years now. They come when they say they will. They do the work that they say they will do and they have reasonable prices. The service man who comes is always polite and personable.

They are timely and prompt with appointments and their rates are comparable. Good service. Cost is for two units with humidifiers.

I was pleased with them, but when I called them they were not available. They told me to call them in May to have them change the filters in my crawl space for the heating unit. I called and they said that it was not necessary at that time and they have not come out. I think they should be more organized and respond better to my calls. I am pleased with the service otherwise.

We had two of our neighbors highly recommend this company. They showed up a little early from the time that they were supposed to arrive. The people we had dealings with were very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions very quickly. They made no mistakes in the installation process. They made sure everything worked perfectly before they left. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We were so impressed with the price we received for the furnace and installation combined. We really feel that it was a very competitive price. I was especially impressed with how polite the guys were installing it. If I had a question, they had no problem answering it in full detail. We could not get over how fast they had it installed and working. I thought for sure it was going to take longer than it did.

I was happy with the service provided by Seasonal Comfort. They were included in the whole cost of our new home. They were at the home on time to get their job done. We have not had any problems. I would recommend them to others.

WE HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES AND THIS COMPANY OFFERED A COMPARABLE PRICE. WE LIKE THE FACT THAT THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE ARE INVOLVED WITH COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SINCE THEY INSTALLED THE UNIT.
