Marie could not have been nicer, she came to give us a quote and personally made sure the job was done right while the trees were coming down. She was very easy to reach and always responded to texts in a timely manner. We are very pleased with Scott Tree Service!

Were willing to price an estimate for us on the same day they priced for my neighbor - even though I had not called. Price was per tree. Mrs. Scott writes the price as mr. Scott calls it out. The quote they provided for a lot of work was going to be cheaper than for 1/2 the work on another quote we had received. Mr. Scott tells you exactly what he thinks needs to be done without being pushy and putting the "sell on". After we called the following day to accept their offer, they were able to set up tree removal for the next day. They began work on the neighbor's house around 8:30, moved next door to us after, and were here until 5 pm. The guys worked NONSTOP and did a fantastic job. Mr. Scott is knowledgable and very picky about the work he wants done for the customer. The gentlemen were all friendly and very appreciative of the water and Popsicles! If there was an issue, it wAs communicated with us right away. They totally cleaned up after themselves leaving behind zero debris. Mr. Scott checked on the work through out the day and he and his wife came by about 10 minutes after their employees departed. Sam and Marie are just the nicest people with whom to do business. They are straightforward and extremely honest. Yes the work was expensive but after watching his employees today and the amount of work they performed, and how much better our backyard looks, it was WELL WORTH THE PRICE! They were not able to completely remove some of the e cedar stumps due to no fault of their own. Hopefully we can have that taken care of at a later date. We will definitely use their services again. We feel like we've known them forever!!

Arrived on time and finished the entire job in one day, which was not expected. Excellent clean up and all of the gentlemen were knowledgeable.

Last year I called Scott's for an estimate for some tree pruning. They were responsive and promptly came out and gave me an estimate for the work. Subsequently I decided no to have any tree work dome, and I did let them know that I was delaying the work indefinitely. I decided to move forward with the pruning work this fall plus have a large tree removed. I called Scott's on 9/9/2013 to request an estimate for the work. I talked with Marie Scott and she said they could come out at 6 PM or a little later that same day. She told me if they could not come that she would call to arrange another time for the estimate. They never showed up nor did they call to arrange another time.

Scott's Tree Service has done numerous jobs for me over the years including large tree removal, branch removal, limb trimming, and bamboo cutting (massive stand of bamboo). All work was done to my complete satisfaction. They are prompt, courteous, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Mrs. Scott (Marie) usually answers calls, coordinates work, and frequently stops by during the project, and often gives helpful suggestions. Having work such as tree removal can be stressful but the Scott's do their best to make the experience as tolerable as possible. I will definitely hire them for future tree work.

Mr. and Mrs. Scott (Sam and Marie) are a very nice couple. They were very professional, prompt and did exactly what they said they would do. When I contacted them for a quote, they were very prompt in coming out. We had a tree that needed to be removed but we didn't want our lawn destroyed. Mr. and Mrs. Scott listened carefully to what we wanted and Mr. Scott suggested carrying the equipment in and out by hand and to remove the tree by hand as well. Mr. Scott didn't ask for any payment upfront, in fact he insisted he wouldn't accdept any payment until the job was completed. Their crew was very polite and very hard working; they did an excellent job.Their quote was not the lowest or the highest; we would have probably hired them anyway because we were very impressed with them. We would highly recommend them to anyone and if we have tree service needs in the future, we will definitely contact them! They took out tree down within a week of my initial contact.

The original date for service was Friday 10/18 but rain the previous evening delayed the job until Saturday 10/19. Mr Scott's crew arrived at 8:30AM and worked until 5PM. They did a thorough job and actually did more than was originally agreed. Mr Scott supervised the work personally leaving only for a short time to give other estimates. The job was performed very professionally and other than our trees missing numerous troublesome limbs it was nearly impossible to tell that a full days work had been done in our yard. All the limbs and leaves were removed from our yard. A neighbor requested the larger sections of the tree limbs and Mr Scott's crew delivered them to their house. It could not have been easier doing business with Mr and Mrs Scott. I was able to correspond with them via email and they always returned my calls promptly.

Owner came on a Friday afternoon with estimate. His crew came back Saturday afternoon. Less that 2 hours later, a HUGE dead pine tree was history.
