ROOMS TO GO

We got furniture earlier than expected and were please because it was before Christmas, however, lamps were damaged. We pointed it out to the delivery driver and he made a note and said someone would call us about replacements, however no one ever did though we called multiple times.
We also purchased a floor model entertainment center which Rooms to Go staff packaged up for us and loaded on our truck. It was wrapped in plastic wrap but when we got it home and unloaded--we were extremely careful, we noticed that it had significant damage, lots of scratches and dents and big chunks of wood missing. It looked like it was drug along concrete on one side. We called to report this and were told it was like that when we purchased it and we basically had to live with the damage.
Additionally, furniture, a year later with normal wear and tear is sagging and sofa bed now hits the floor. The sagging sofa bed has scratched our hardwood floors. We are not even home that much because of traveling for work so the furniture is not even used on a daily basis.
