The plumber came the day of the call within an hour. He removed the broken disposal replaced it and the connecting pipes. Another leak appeared on the other side of the double sink and we called them to come back. They were there that day and determined that the drain was not properly installed. He replaced it with all new piping and it all works better than ever now!

Bobby arrived when he said he would and did the job quickly and to our expectations. He knows what he is doing and does not leave us with a mess. Have used this company for over 10 years and always call them when we have a plumbing issue.

The company was responsive and did the job within two days of when I told them to go ahead. The front yard was dug up a bit more than I would have liked, but I felt it was a small price to pay for the estimate Rolling Plumbing gave. They charged less than half of what the most expensive estimate I got was.

The plumber arrived on time and got right to work. He said it was a simple fix and proceeded to change out the seals on both the hot water line and cold water line. The leak on the cold water line was fixed and he suggested that I change the hot water line since they tend to wear out at about the same time. He was in my home less then 20 minutes. I received the bill recently and was charged $4 for the materials to seal the lines but $90 (yes, ninety) for labor! It was an unexpected amount for labor since it didn't take him that long and he didn't really "labor" all that much. Also, I tried many times to reach him again to come and look at the lines since both were running hot water. I finally ended up calling another plumber as I played phone tag with Rolling for about 2 weeks. It makes more sense to contact a plumber directly to schedule rather than calling the company and then they relay the message. Long story short: The second plumber (Guy Harty - see review- (336) 856-9640) found that the hoses had been crossed when last attached, meaning that the Rolling plumber attached the hot water hose to the cold water line and vice versa. This simple mistake caused me much grief and worry about the functionality of my washer.

The whole experience I had with them was great. They were reasonably priced. I called them about the leak and they sent someone immediately. He found the problem and fixed it right away. He never tried to install or make it something that it wasn t to make extra money. He did exactly what he needed to do, fixed it and left. He cleaned up all the water and mess. He was a very honest guy and I would highly recommend them.

They did the job and got everything working well again but I felt that the time they were here, they were rushing to hurry up and leave. They don t have the best service but they are adequate. They did come on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall experience was very good. They worked quickly and the concrete repair to my driveway was very well done. They were very conscientious about their work and made sure no other utility lines were touched. They also took time to clean up where the water had drained in front our neighbor's house.

Rolling has been our plumbing company for over 30 years. They are wonderfully dependable. They always seem to find the simplest way possible to handle our repairs. They are always very quick and we have never had to call them to return because of a problem with any repair or service they have done.

THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND RELIABLE AND HAVE MADE SURE TO DO THE WORK THAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER A DECADE AND THAT IS SOMETHING THAT THEY HAVE EARNED.

THEY CAME OUT AND DID AN INSPECTION OF A TOILET THAT WAS LEAKING IN MY UPSTAIRS AND DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR THE SERVICE CALL. FROM THAT TIME ON IF I HAD A PROBLEM I CALL THEM.
