After a protracted experience and many phone calls/texts unanswered (early December - February 1 installation), we were not happy with the product they installed. It had a noticeable flaw and was not corrected to our satisfaction. They said our only option was to start all over, with no discount in price. They truly are not of the generation that believes the "customer is always right" or "satisfaction guaranteed".

"With all due respect, we are a responsible and respectable business and just because a customer decides something does not look good in their house, the fought is not ours, nor is the burden to replace for free. They had a vision, came to our shop and picked out a granite remnant that they loved in the rack, then we measured, cut, fabricated and installed. The granite developed a blemish at some point and we repaired the blemish, not just once but twice with the second repair, perfect by industry standards. No 3rd party human could see the repair! Per the Marble Institute or America (MIA), Section 14, all natural stones are susceptible to chips, fissures and natural flaws...its natural, not made in a factory and poured into a mold... "Chips and Pitting of the countertop surface, particularly in granite material, is a commonly seen characteristic on natural stone. Granites are made up of several different minerals, each mineral having a different hardness. Granites contain quartz, feldspars, biotite, amphibole, ferrous titanium oxides, and other mineral combinations. All true granites have biotite in their composition. Because biotite is relatively soft and flaky, the first few layers are removed during the polishing process, causing pits throughout the slab. Some granites have more biotite throughout their composition than others. The higher the biotite content of the stone, the more pits it will have." The customer made a choice, we provided the service, something changed their mind, now they want a free replacement...."

They were very prompt to come and give an estimate. Gave opportunity for us to go to warehouse and pick out the exact piece of granite that we wanted. They set up the installation with attention to the timeframe that we needed. Installers were very professional, courteous and efficient. They cleaned up although they did not make much of a mess. They made sure that everything was as we wanted and made sure we were satisfied with the job. We were very pleased from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

They are very professional and responsible as they didn t do any damage installing the countertop. They gave us exactly what we wanted and it looks really nice. I am very happy with the countertop. It only had to have 1 seam and you can barely even see it. The job went very smooth and they didn't have any problems at all.
